- Analyze business requirements and processes in the field of international insurance programmes of a globally operating industrial insurer to support our international digitalization strategy
- Actively identify, structure, and validate business problems and opportunities before solution design.
- Design and maintain solutions for the development and enhancement of a modern and future oriented software and system landscape
- Define and manage requirements for system integrations across policy systems, claims platforms, and partner systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability
- Co-own backlog refinement, prioritization, and value delivery together with the Product Owner.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and best practices
- Ensure value orientation, usability, functionality and quality of requirements throughout the entire lifecycle
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure the quality of requirements
- Outcome-oriented work with a focus on measurable business value
- Completed studies in economics, business informatics, business administration, insurance management, or a comparable field.
- Extensive professional experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Systems Analyst or Consultant,
- Experience and knowledge in the value chain of insurance or a related field (sales, underwriting, policy management, claims handling, international insurance programmes)
- Experience or strong interest in leveraging digital and AI-driven solutions in business analysis and process optimization.
- Strong understanding of system landscapes, APIs, and integrations in complex enterprise environments.
- Quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and proven skills in problem decomposition and solving.
- Ability to think out of the box and keep an eye on dependencies and interfaces in an highly connected environment
- Strategic thinking and ability to drive business initiatives and contribute to the overall strategy
- Strong team orientation with the ability to actively collaborate across functions and disciplines, fostering open communication, stakeholder alignment, and shared ownership of outcomes in an international environment.
- Very good written and spoken English skills (at least C1 level)
