Responsibilities

MV Transportation is seeking a Business Analyst to support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday platform. This role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate data, effective system functionality, and a positive end-user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line user support for Workday-related questions and issues
  • Assist with data entry, validation, and audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Support Workday system configuration changes under supervision
  • Participate in testing (UAT) for system updates, enhancements, or integrations
  • Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate more complex problems
  • Maintain documentation, job aids, and process guides
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance to resolve operational or system issues
  • Assist with training end users and creating support materials
  • Support system monitoring activities (e.g., integrations, time tracking, payroll inputs)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical users
  • Must be a team player and demonstrate positive collaboration.
  • Demonstrate critical problem-solving skills.

Experience

  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience with Workday
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience with project management
