Business Systems Analyst - Pittsburgh or Cleveland

Position Title: Business Systems Analyst

Position Location Fully in office, 5 days a week.

• Pittsburgh, PA (preferred)
• Cleveland, OH

The Business Systems Analyst will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and business rules.
• Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories for Agile development and testing cycles.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ongoing collaboration with the Agile team.
• Ensure requirements align with platform capabilities and overall customer communication strategy.

Must Have Technical Skills: 3-5yrs of experience

• Agile experience complete with user story creation.
• Data mapping experience for adding new tables/fields to systems or for passing data from one system to another.
• Ability to support stakeholder User Acceptance Testing.
• JIRA, Confluence and MS Office experience.
• Understand the development, testing, release cycle.

Flex Skills/Nice to Have

• Ability to run SQL scripts for testing and validation purposes.

Soft Skills

• Clear communicator who advocates quality.
• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Applies strong attention to detail.
• Uses risk-based judgment to balance quality and delivery timelines.

Education/Certifications

• Bachelors required.
