As a Analyst – I&O Data and Process, you will support data attestation and governance efforts, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation across systems. Additionally, you will work with business and IT partners to understand data needs and build efficient reporting solutions through Power BI reports and dashboards to support reporting needs.
You will report to the I&O Delivery and Process manager and be located at Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Power Platform Reporting
Data Attestation & Governance
- Translate our requirements into technical reporting solutions and meaningful visualizations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
- Extract and analyze data from unstructured data tools/systems.
- Develop Power Automate flow to improve data collection, validation, and reporting processes
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency using the Power Platform.
- Develop and improve queries (e.g., SQL, APIs, or platform-specific tools) to support reporting needs.
- Ensure data models are efficient, scalable, and aligned with reporting goals.
- Provide recommendations to improve data quality and reporting processes.
- Support data attestation processes, including validation, certification, and documentation of data sources.
- Work with data owners and partners to verify data accuracy and completeness.
- Help maintain data lineage, definitions, and metadata documentation.
- Help enforce data governance policies, controls, and best practices.
- Work with IT teams and partners to understand data needs.
- Communicate insights through visualizations and presentations.
- Partner with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure access control understanding of company policies
- BS in Information Systems or similar degree
- 3+ years of experience in Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience working with partners across technical and non-technical teams
- Familiarity with Active Directory, file share permissions, and access management principles
- Understanding of data governance and data attestation concepts Hands-on experience with MS Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate, data modeling, dashboards)
