About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Business Analysis to join a high-performing product delivery organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, product, operations, and technology teams to analyze business needs, identify risks, improve processes, and help deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for strategic initiatives.

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.

• Identify risks, assumptions, dependencies, and impacts.

• Translate business needs into actionable requirements.

• Analyze systems, workflows, integrations, and data flows.

• Support process improvement initiatives.

• Create user stories, process documentation, and workflow diagrams.

• Support testing, validation, and implementation activities.

Required Qualifications

• Strong Business Analysis or Business Systems Analysis experience.

• Experience gathering business requirements.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Agile / Scrum experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Experience working with business, product, and technology teams.
