Responsibilities

• Support reporting, business process improvement, and workflow optimization
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics using Jira and AI tools
• Improve Jira workflows and maintain SOP documentation
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and provide project updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and engineers to ensure successful project delivery

Required Skills

• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience with Jira, dashboards, and SQL
• Experience working with engineering teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Interest in AI tools (Kiro AI exposure is a plus)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
