Innovation Engineer

The Innovation Team is responsible for:

• Managing Slack and communication-related solutions.
• Evaluating new tools, solutions and frameworks either suggested by the business or available as an alternative in the market.
• Exploring market solutions and identifying suitable products.
• Bringing innovative solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Performing rapid prototyping activities. Quickly getting a solution like using low-code and no-code platforms to test and try out and validate.
• Managing user access and operational ownership of products.
• Currently 1 person (1 senior business consultant) supports application migration. 50% of his bandwidth is utilized for this activity.
• Testing new products within Bosch and BSIT environments.

Represents a complex and critical role, and his Primary Responsibilities would be as Technical Business Analyst role.

• Interacts with business stakeholders.
• Captures requirements.
• Evaluates solutions.
• Assesses licensing and cost implications.
• Coordinates deployment and operational activities.

• Transitioning solutions quickly into support mode.
• At least one profile needs exposure to slack, slack administration and configuring connectors in slack. Slack, Teams BSH Direct, Bosch Tube and New communication technologies and platforms. Considering this a profile with slack administration (configuring connections and integrating with entrar and onpreAD) & windows teams’ skills would be beneficial and preferred
• Experience with communication & streaming platforms will be an advantage for the senior members.

Communication tool knowledge is considered an added advantage.

• possesses knowledge around Entra ID and related identity services.
• Strong IAM and SharePoint knowledge are essential.
• The Innovation Team acts as an incubation and operationalization function rather than a pure development team.
• Excellent competencies in IAM, Entra ID, SSO and architecture are critical.
