Tesslogs IT Solutions is hiring for Business Analyst (IAM) for IBM and the End Client: Shell.


📍 Location: Bangalore

💼 Experience: 8+ Years

⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Client: IBM

End Client: Shell


Mandatory Skills

  • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) is mandatory.
  • Expertise in:
  • Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
  • Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML)
  • RBAC, SoD, Access Reviews & Certifications
  • SSO, MFA, Federation, Authentication & Authorization
  • Provisioning & De-provisioning
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Experience in BRD/FRD, User Stories, Process Mapping, Requirement Gathering, and Stakeholder Management.
  • Strong Agile/Scrum experience.


Preferred

  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), CyberArk, Ping Identity, or similar IAM platforms.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise IAM implementation or transformation projects.
