Job Title: Lead Business Analyst

Experience: 8 to 11 years

Job Location: Bangalore, Pune or Gurgaon

Certification: Mandatory Certification in JLPT N3 or above for all the roles

Shift Timings: Rotational

Work Mode: Work from Office

Mandatory Skills:

  • Bilingual fluency Japanese (JLPT N3 and above) and English.
  • 8 to 11 years of Business Analyst experience with full SDLC documentation (BRD, FSD, SRS) across Agile frameworks
  • Insurance industry domain knowledge - Along with Policy Admin Management/ Claims Management expertise
  • Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) and requirement/documentation platforms (Confluence, Visio, Tableau)

    • Good to Have

  • Gen-AI tools exposure for user story writing and requirements generation
  • Experience managing continuous scope changes using structured prioritization techniques
  • Stakeholder liaison experience bridging business and technical teams in complex hybrid environments
  • Data visualization or process modelling skills (Tableau, Visio) for delivery transparency dashboards
