Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Business Analyst with strong techno-functional expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring high-quality requirements analysis and solution delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes
• Ability to analyse data models to deliver logical conclusions
• Developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes
• Competence in writing reports and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes you made
• Conducting tests, surveys, and workshops

• A minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Should have advanced technical skills & Excellent documentation skills.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• A track record of following through on commitments.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (BE)
• MBA or equivalent business/analytics background
• Certifications in Business Analysis such as CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with multiple levels of stakeholders.
• Proven experience in technology and systems analysis.

• Exposure to government, public sector, or large ecosystem programs.
• Experience in cross-functional and multi-team environments.
• Familiarity with process modelling, workflow documentation, and business intelligence tools.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle complex business processes and technology integrations.
• Adaptability and proactive approach to solution delivery.
