Product Owner

Uptech Studio is looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our growing team. Uptech Studio partners with startups from every industry to help them build, launch, and refine their products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand goals of the product
• Create user stories for features and functionality
• Work with design and engineering to turn stories into implementation details
• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Experience working with startups
• Experience with a project management platform like JIRA
• An open mindset and the willingness and desire to take on new things
