What You Will Be Doing
A Business Systems Analyst helps business teams explain what they need, turns those needs into clear requirements, and works with technical teams to improve systems, reports, processes, and user experience.
- Partner with business teams, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to understand needs and turn them into clear system, reporting, and process requirements.
- Review current processes, identify gaps or pain points, and help recommend practical system or process improvements.
- Support application projects, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, patches, and releases by helping define scope, track open items, coordinate tasks, and communicate progress, risks, and decisions.
- Help configure, test, and support enterprise applications and databases. Coordinate with IT, vendors, and users to resolve application, data, reporting, or performance issues.
- Prepare test plans, test scenarios, and user acceptance testing materials. Document testing results and follow up on issues before changes are moved into production.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, including business requirements, process flows, system notes, test scripts, user guides, training materials, issue logs, and project notes.
- Provide training and support to end users and team members so they understand how to use systems, follow updated processes, and apply internal controls.
- Support change management and user readiness by helping prepare communications, training plans, deployment checklists, and post-implementation support materials.

- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Applications Engineer, Project Manager.
- This role requires ongoing authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Product Management, or a related technical field preferred.
- We offer a flexible start window between 7:00 am to 8:00 am Monday – Friday.
- To support team coordination, you are expected to begin work at the same selected time each day.
- Hybrid schedule upon completion of training with 4 days onsite and 1 day offsite.
- Working onsite from our office in SeaTac, WA
- This position is not eligible for relocation.
