Product Owner

Clarivate is seeking a talented Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Belgrade office. It is an exciting time to be working on IP products and infusing change in the organization! About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of experience in a technical role, in software development and at least 2 years in a customer-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in English

It would be great if you also have . . .

• Experience supporting intellectual property products, services, or business operations
• Proven ability to create and manage well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, product backlogs, and release plans
• Proven ability to support product roadmap planning and prioritization

What will you be doing in this role?

• Support Product Managers to maintain and prioritize roadmaps aligned to business outcomes and clear KPI’s while managing stakeholder priorities
• Partner with the technology to drive the execution of the product backlog and product development process to ensure timely delivery of high-value features aligned with business goals and strategy
• Partner with the technology to organize and lead agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives) and write well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
• Support the Product Manager in product discovery initiatives to define customer problems and validate assumptions using best practices, including customer and stakeholder engagement, experimentation, and prototyping
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to champion our customers and contribute to clear delivery outcomes and impact on KPI’s
• Develop product sense by understanding and researching users, customers, marketplace, and competitors to enhance our product strategy

About The Team

You will be part of a product team, working closely with software development and Product colleagues as well as internal and external customers and other globally distributed teams that support and develop IPCH, Docket and Trademark Renewals.

Hours of Work  

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
