Overview
Paycor's COI Integration Analyst is responsible for utilizing best-in-class practices to support EDI integrations between our systems and record keeper's systems on behalf of our clients. Integration Analyst executes services clients upon a successful integration, closely collaborate with team members to support ongoing integrations, and provide consultative input on our products and services to effectively meet clients' business requirements. Successful candidates will demonstrate a dedicated focus to clients. More specifically the ability to establish immediate rapport and connection, quickly understand clients' needs, and tactfully address challenges and concerns. Additionally, they will possess demonstrated influencing skills to drive collaboration and business productivity, ensuring client satisfaction, and ultimately retention.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and analyze daily errors for existing integration projects, work with internal resources, clients and record keepers; escalate needs, issues, concerns to Sr. Integration Analyst as appropriate
- Meet targeted SLA for daily error resolution response time.
- Proactively consult clients on best practices and necessary system and process changes to achieve integration milestones and goals
- Possess working knowledge of Paycor’s application suite to make connections across modules and provide consultation of best practices and system utilization in multiple human capital management disciplines
- Work in coordination with non-client facing Integration team members to ensure accurate feed configuration
- Attend meetings, planning sessions and onboarding events for new Paycor Partners as needed
- Maintain accurate project status and provide real time updates as needed; proactively identify and mitigate project risks
- Conduct telephone/web-based and/or face-face project with clients, outside stakeholders and internal resources.
- Support clients and their ongoing EDI feeds upon successful integration.
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a client-facing position; prior implementation, project management or business to business sales experience a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency with PC software with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite and web tools for conferencing and training
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs with short turnaround
- Ability to manage project completion with tight deadlines
