Aladdin-Business Analyst

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with strong Aladdin platform expertise to support a strategic Aladdin implementation program for a leading asset management client. The role requires a dedicated implementation-oriented resource who can operate as a business analyst, project resource, and Aladdin SME throughout the implementation lifecycle. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to both business and project stakeholders, helping validate solution designs, challenge recommendations where appropriate, align target operating models, and ensure successful adoption of Aladdin best practices while meeting the client's business requirements.

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across investment management and operations functions.

• Prepare business requirements, process flows, and gap analysis documentation.

• Translate business needs into Aladdin functional and workflow requirements.

Aladdin Implementation SME

• Act as a subject matter expert on Aladdin functionality, workflows, and operating model.

• Review and validate BlackRock recommendations, configurations, and implementation designs.

• Provide guidance on platform capabilities, best practices, and implementation considerations
