Supply Chain Analyst - Up to £52,000 + 15% Bonus / Basingstoke

2 days per month in the office

We're working with a leading retailer looking to strengthen their Analytics function with a Supply Chain Analyst. You'll turn complex operational data into clear insights that improve availability, stock flow and efficiency across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Analyse supply chain and logistics data to uncover insights and drive better decisions
• Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations for operational stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes
• Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics and Commercial teams on key challenges
• Deliver deep-dive analysis highlighting risks and opportunities
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to influence decision-making

Experience Required

• Analytical experience within Supply Chain and/or Logistics
• Strong SQL skills; Python or R desirable
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Proven ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to data quality
