Business Analyst (Motor Claims, Non-Life Insurance Background)

Job Overview:
Conduct business analysis, prepare requirements and specifications, document business processes, manage testing activities, and ensure successful end-to-end project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document required information, specifications, business processes, and data
- Understand business issues and pain points, and recommend appropriate solutions to users
- Review and refine requirements, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed solutions
- Develop business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
- Design systems to meet user requirements
- Communicate required changes to the development team
- Develop test scenarios and test cases, and conduct testing according to the test plan
- Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner
- Provide post-implementation production support after project go-live, prepare user manuals, and conduct training as required
- Build and maintain productive relationships with users, demonstrating a strong service-oriented mindset
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or a related fiel
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience. Direct experience in Motor Claims business processes is preferred (1–3 years
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suit
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong documentation skill
- Demonstrates initiative with energy and a sense of urgency
- Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
- Highly responsible, with the ability to work hard and perform well under pressure. Able to work effectively under tight deadlines
