Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end expertise and guidance on business processes and process innovation, from both functional and technical perspectives
  • Create features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, scenarios, and business/technical value estimates for product backlog items
  • Support the Product Manager in developing and maintaining the product backlog and required business capabilities, including improvement opportunities
  • Engage all stakeholders (business, technical, product owner) to ensure alignment at every level; prepare business analysis artefacts including process maps, design flows, specifications, and wireframes
  • Deliver valuable insights across the full project lifecycle — from business case through blueprinting to go-live — drawing on prior implementation experience
  • Lead gap analysis to identify functionality requiring further configuration or additional solutioning
  • Conceptualize functional analysis and business process modelling in relation to key results and targets, maintaining a cross-sectional view of functional needs
  • Identify and drive process efficiencies; monitor and apply regulatory and legal changes affecting business processes and system functionality
  • Contribute to the design and testing of reports, interfaces, forms, and conversions, including validation and reconciliation of data conversions
  • Coach and challenge testing strategy, execution, documentation, and quality assurance throughout
  • Act as subject matter expert exploring new applications, often as an early adopter of emerging technologies
  • Drive transformation toward a more agile operating model — enabling faster time to market, better quality, and greater efficiency
  • Mentor junior Business Analysts, providing guidance on business, functional, technical, and personal development


What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of business process improvement experience, with an agile mindset grounded in applying agile principles of business analysis to real outcomes
  • Experience in manufacturing, retail, fashion, or FMCG preferred, along with knowledge of Manufacturing Technology disciplines including Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) and Manufacturing ERP
  • Experience with AX Dynamics ERP across:
  • Master planning and scheduling
  • Product information management
  • Master planning
  • Inventory management
  • Production control
  • Strong proficiency in Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, Elicitation and Collaboration, and Requirements Lifecycle Management
  • Expertise in Strategy Analysis, Requirements Analysis and Design Definition, and Solution Evaluation
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Client-facing skills, including the ability to analyze complex problems and influence/negotiate with stakeholders
  • Independent, initiative-taking, and structured, with a strong ability to drive progress and meet deadlines
  • Ability to create and clearly communicate product vision and backlog to stakeholders and team members alike
  • Strong understanding of technology platforms and trends, with the ability to activate technical expertise across the organization
  • Solid grasp of agile methods and processes, capable of advising agile project teams on opportunities, impact, and risk — including technical and architectural debt
  • Strong business acumen and political astuteness, with the ability to act diplomatically and sensitively across cultural contexts
  • Professional Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP) and/or SAP certification would be an advantage
