Business Analyst - DATA

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business questions, define metrics, and translate needs into analytical briefs or technical specifications

Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and performance

Project Support: Assist in project planning, solution design, and implementation, including mock-ups, workflows, and data architecture documentation

Data Quality & Governance: Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across systems and reports

Stakeholder Communication: Present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making

Required Skills

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data and preferred with any BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau)

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights

Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey technical information to business stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams

Project Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, or other project management frameworks

Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Visio, and Axure RP for documentation and visualization

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information technology or Computer sciences or a related field

Experience: Typically 5-10 years of relevant experience in business analysis with data.
