Remuneration: Band 7 salary from $115,575.61 per annum plus superannuation and a fortnightly RDO
Location: Werribee based with potential for a hybrid work arrangement
About the role
As a member of the ERP team, this position is required to provide specialist functional and technical expertise supporting the configuration, enhancement, optimisation and ongoing support of Council's TechnologyOne ERP environment and associated enterprise systems.
Reporting to the Manager ERP, you will play a key role in ensuring Council's enterprise systems continue to meet operational, governance and customer service requirements. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical specialists, vendors and project teams, you will analyse business requirements, configure solutions, support system enhancements and provide technical expertise to enable continuous improvement across Council's ERP environment.
This role involves supporting the ongoing evolution of Council's TechnologyOne platform through system configuration, business analysis, testing, troubleshooting and deployment activities. You will be responsible for translating business needs into practical system solutions while ensuring system stability, governance and operational effectiveness.
Utilising your ERP functional and technical expertise, you will contribute to the success of Council's digital transformation initiatives and help drive the continuous improvement of enterprise systems that support services delivered to the Wyndham community.
What your day will look like
- Analysing business and technical requirements and translating them into system configurations, workflows and functional solutions.
- Configuring, maintaining and optimising TechnologyOne and related enterprise systems in line with business needs and governance requirements.
- Supporting system upgrades, enhancements, testing, release management and deployment activities.
- Investigating and resolving complex functional system issues, defects and configuration challenges.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to provide expert advice and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
What you will bring
- Degree or diploma qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems or a related discipline, or extensive equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in ERP systems analysis, functional configuration and enterprise application support within complex organisational environments.
- Experience configuring and supporting TechnologyOne CiA and/or similar enterprise ERP platforms.
- Demonstrated experience supporting ERP enhancement, optimisation, upgrade or implementation initiatives within structured governance and project delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for a broad range of stakeholders.
