Product Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze technical and business requirements for enterprise-wide integrations

· Communicate directly with stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are being met and identifying areas of opportunity for further development

· Document specific use case and technical requirements for the delivery team

· Analyze and provide recommendations regarding team performance, project scalability, and additional applications for the technical environment

Qualifications:

· Experience operating within a technical Agile/Scrum environment

· Experience writing user-stories and drafting acceptable use cases within technical projects

· Knowledge of integration platforms, APIs, and architecture (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Kafka, or Azure Integration Services)

· Familiarity with cloud platforms and development environments (Azure or AWS)

· Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills

· CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA certification.
