We're looking for a Technical Analyst with Salesforce expertise to join our Salesforce Platform Ops Squad and play a key role in supporting the stability, resilience, and continuous improvement of our platform capabilities and services.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work at the intersection of business and technology, translating requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while supporting delivery across the full lifecycle. You'll bring strong analytical capability alongside a solid understanding of Salesforce platforms, integration patterns, release management practices, and modern delivery approaches.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Working with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and refine business and technical requirements
  • Translating requirements into clear user stories, solution designs, and technical specifications
  • Supporting the design and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar)
  • Partnering with the Product Owner to support roadmap delivery, prioritisation, and execution of Salesforce platform initiatives
  • Collaborating with engineers to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and aligned to architecture standards
  • Supporting integration design across systems using APIs and modern integration patterns
  • Coordinating with Engineering and DevOps teams to support secure, stable, and timely releases, with a strong focus on communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ensuring end-to-end traceability from requirements through to delivery and testing
  • Contributing to the ongoing stability, resilience, and continuous improvement of platform services, delivery practices, and documentation
