Purpose of Position: Analyze, recommend, design, and implement business application changes, including but not limited to real estate loan origination and servicing systems, deposit origination systems, core transactional systems, and collections systems; that optimally support the origination and servicing of organizational loan and deposit products.
Minimum Formal Education: Associate degree or at least 2 years equivalent experience for each undergraduate year not completed; undergraduate degree cannot substitute for minimum number of years’ experience.
Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience with the system administration of banking or credit union account origination/servicing systems.
Other Requirements: Must be bondable. Must be flexible and able to work unusual and variable hours/schedules including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary. Must be on call at all times. Must be accurate, dependable, and reliable. Excellent judgement, innovative thinking, problem solving, communication and organizational skills preferred. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc.).
