Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst – Cargo Domain

Experience: 6+ Years

Required Skills:

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in the Air Cargo/Cargo Handling domain
• Familiarity with API integrations and system interfaces
• Expertise in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Good understanding of cargo operations, shipment lifecycle, warehouse handling, and logistics processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cargo management systems or airline cargo operations is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar BA tools.
• Ability to collaborate with business users, developers, QA, and product teams.
