Business Process Analyst

The ideal candidate will work closely with business, operations, product, and technology stakeholders to evaluate existing workflows, gather requirements, create process documentation, and design future-state processes that support automation and intelligent workflow execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis & Documentation:
- Analyze, map, document, and maintain end-to-end business processes and workflows.
- Conduct workflow analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, SOPs, and business documentation using process modeling techniques.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, decision points, business rules, and workflow dependencies.
- Evaluate current-state processes and recommend future-state improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, service quality, and user experience.
- Design scalable, repeatable, and standardized business processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
- Identify opportunities for automation, intelligent workflows, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Translate business requirements into automation-ready process designs.
- Collaborate with technology teams to support workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Assist in defining decision logic, inputs, outputs, and business rules necessary for automation implementation.
- Work closely with business leaders, operations teams, product managers, and technology partners.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process discovery sessions with stakeholders.
- Drive stakeholder alignment on process improvements and implementation strategies.
- Communicate recommendations, findings, and project updates to leadership and business teams.
- Support the implementation of approved process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor process performance and recommend enhancements based on business outcomes and operational metrics.
- Ensure process documentation remains accurate and current.
- Assist in establishing governance standards for process management and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Business Process Analysis, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Operations Excellence, or related roles.
- Strong experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and process documentation.
- Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Experience translating business requirements into process designs and implementation recommendations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
