We're looking for a Business Systems Specialist – Pricing Data & Systems Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the evolution of our business as we embark on a major ERP system transformation.

About the Role

As our Business Systems Specialist – Pricing Data & Systems Specialist, you will provide critical support and guidance throughout the implementation of our new ERP system while taking ownership of system data quality, supplier pricing information, and ongoing systems improvements.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, operational teams, system providers, and suppliers to ensure our systems continue to support the needs of a growing business. This is a varied role requiring strong analytical skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

ERP System Transformation

• Support the implementation and ongoing development of our new ERP system.
• Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and improve processes.
• Assist with project planning, testing, user support, and change management.
• Help ensure a smooth transition to new systems and ways of working.

Data & Pricing Management

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of business and pricing data within our ERP system.
• Coordinate multiple supplier price updates throughout the year.
• Validate, communicate, and implement pricing changes accurately and efficiently.
• Produce reports and perform data analysis using Excel and other business tools.

Supplier & Business Information Management

• Build strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.
• Investigate changes to supplier data, product information, and pricing.
• Lead information gathering for new projects and identify potential impacts on the business.
• Communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in business systems implementation, systems analysis, project management, data management, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting or delivering business systems change projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work proactively, independently, and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Zendesk (or similar collaboration and support tools).

Desirable

• Knowledge of or experience with Klipboard ERP One.
