About the Role

If you're looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely influence how a business evolves, this could be the role for you. As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives, working across governance, process improvement and business transformation while acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders across the business.
• Map and improve business processes.
• Produce clear business documentation and user stories.
• Support solution design, testing and successful business adoption.
• Work alongside project and technology teams to deliver change initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (3 years plus). Strong Business and Process Analysis experience is required.

Required Skills

• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management. This is very important during support of change and transformation.
• Experience delivering projects in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
