ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading international organization at the forefront of financial markets, technology, and innovation is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their IT Business Analysis Team.

📌 Location: Athens, City Center

📍 Working Model: Hybrid working model (3 days at the office, 2 day remote per week)

🖋️You will be reporting to the Team's Leader

What You Will Do

You will be part of an international team of IT Business Analysts, and you will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA Specialists, and UX/UI Designers to deliver innovative digital products and services throughout the group.

More specifically you will:

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
• Translating business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and actionable requirements for delivery teams.
• Collaborating with UX/UI Designers to define intuitive user journeys, workflows, and user experiences.
• Working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood, prioritized, and effectively implemented.
• Facilitating workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings to support project delivery.
• Identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement across business initiatives.
• Supporting testing activities by defining acceptance criteria, validating delivered functionality, and assisting during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Acting as a key liaison between business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
• Contributing to project and solution documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, business rules, and user guides.
• Supporting user adoption and change initiatives through documentation, training materials, stakeholder communication, and the rollout of new features and enhancements.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA will be considered an asset.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a similar role within complex technology-driven environments.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation and gathering, business process analysis, functional documentation, stakeholder management, and the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to translate business needs into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and clear requirements for technical teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence, as well as a good understanding of UX/UI principles and digital applications.
• Professional proficiency in English.

The following will be considered an asset:

• Experience with data analysis, SQL, reporting tools, APIs, system integrations, or AI-powered productivity solutions.
