Reporting to a Manager, the appointed candidate will actively be involved with challenging engagements within the following areas:


  • Target Operating Model (TOM) & organizational re-design
  • Business process mapping & re-engineering
  • Business and Technical blueprints in various technologies
  • Project / Programme Management


Key Responsibilities


  • Analyze and document existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Translate business requirements into process improvements, functional specifications, and clear documentation.
  • Design and implement optimized processes aligned with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., IT, operations, risk, and business units) to ensure alignment and successful implementation of process changes.
  • Define and monitor process performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support transformation and automation initiatives, including process mapping (e.g., BPMN), workflow redesign, and integration with digital tools.


Candidate Profile


  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • University degree, in Business Studies, Engineering or other analytical practice.
  • MBA or Postgraduate degree in Business, Operations or other related analytical practice will be considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in Management Consulting and/or a Big 4 environment will be considered a plus.
  • Project work and proven project management experience is highly desirable but not obligatory.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly digest large amounts of information.
  • Good grasp and understanding of financials.
  • Ability to work independently and comfortable with assuming responsibility.
  • Capacity to coordinate & manage project work packages/ streams.
  • Commitment to providing excellent quality work, ability to work under pressure, coupled with a team spirit approach.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of different technologies and statistical modelling (e.g. Python, SPSS, Power Automate, CRM) will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to apply sound reasoning when delivering services to clients.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to be part of expert teams and manage multiple priorities.
