Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a transformative project aimed at modernizing and standardizing the IT and OT landscape of power production sites in Greece. This role focuses on digital transformation and seamless collaboration among stakeholders, requiring business trips within Greece.

Responsibilities

• Support the completion of the IT services rollout to production sites
• Perform detailed analysis of current IT vs OT applications
• Standardize technology stack and solutions
• Discover and support cloud migration and modernization of selected applications
• Provide on-site training for end users
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors
• Drive transformation initiatives for increased productivity, improved security and cost optimization in a high-paced environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• Background in legacy system integration
• Understanding of application migration and modernization concepts to the cloud
• Capability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent client-centric approach
• Flexibility to travel in Greece for discovery sessions
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
