Job Purpose

The Business/System Analyst will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, analyzing requirements, defining solutions, and ensuring that the final system meets organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements using industry best practices.
  • Analyze existing systems and propose improvements for efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
  • Develop business process models, workflows, and system use cases.
  • Support testing, UAT, and implementation to ensure requirements are met.
  • Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business and systems analysis.
  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and modeling.
  • Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar.

Preferred Certifications

  • PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP – IIBA)
  • Agile Analysis Certification
