Title: Business Analyst
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ / Alpharetta, GA(5days onsite)
Fulltime
Key Responsibilities
Elite Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and line-of business heads. You must be able to manage conflicting priorities and build consensus across the
Retail, Commercial, and Risk domains.
Extraction of Unarticulated Requirements: Move beyond "order-taking." Use advanced elicitation techniques—such as Design Thinking, User Journey Mapping, and Event Storming—
to identify the needs that stakeholders haven't explicitly stated.
Modernization Visioning: Partner with the Enterprise Architect to ensure business requirements align with modern architecture patterns (Microservices, Event-Driven, Cloud-Native).
Domain Leadership: Apply deep knowledge of the Banking Industry (BFSI)—including Ledger Systems, Payment Rails (UPI/Swift), and Regulatory Compliance (KYC/AML)—to ensure technical
solutions are functionally sound.
Process Re-engineering: Identify opportunities to optimize legacy banking workflows before they are digitized, preventing the "digitization of a broken process."
Role requirements
The Veteran (10–15 Years): You have a proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar transformation programs in a global banking environment.
The "Unarticulated" Expert: You possess a "sixth sense" for identifying gaps in logic or missing requirements that others overlook. You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in "discovery"
phases.
Versatile Tool master: You are proficient in more than just Jira. You leverage Miro/Mural for collaborative mapping, Confluence for structured documentation, and SQL/Tableau for data
driven requirement validation.
The Bridge: You speak the language of "Return on Investment" (ROI) to the business and "API Contracts" to the developers.
