Business Analyst
Location: London – Hybrid
Salary: up to £55,000 plus Benefits Package
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a leading change and transformation consultancy helping organisations turn strategy into reality through practical, lasting solutions. Working with a diverse range of clients, you will support business transformation initiatives by bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions.
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement and support the delivery of effective solutions. You will play a key role across the project lifecycle, using analysis, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement to help clients achieve meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities as a Business Analyst
- Conduct business process analysis and document AS-IS and TO-BE process models.
- Gather, validate and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Create functional specifications, user stories and process flow diagrams.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Develop business cases and analysis for proposed solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing and change management activities.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements traceability matrices.
Experience you'll need as a Business Analyst
- 3+ years of experience working in a Business Analyst role using business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience supporting projects across the full project lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including facilitating workshops and working with business and technical teams.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of business process modelling techniques and tools.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into effective solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field is preferred.
- CBAP or BCS Diploma in Business Analysis is desirable.
