What you will enjoy doing*

• In this role you will be responsible for supporting plant operations through integrated reporting, analysis, systems development, and cross-functional coordination
• You will develop and manage plant-level metrics to provide visibility into performance, including labor utilization, WIP tracking, variances, equipment utilization, inventory trends, and resource reporting
• You will support capacity planning, resource loading, and production scheduling analysis. Maintain MRP forecast processes and provide analytical support to improve planning accuracy
• Serve as a functional owner of reporting tools including Oracle OBI, APEX, and Blitz reports. Partner with IT to develop and sustain reporting capabilities
• You will support identification, tracking, and reporting of productivity initiatives. Maintain project metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• You will be responsible for provide cost analysis, maintaining product standards, and supporting month-end close with variance review and operational insight

What Makes You Great

• You will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Further you will have five (5) years' experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• You will have experience with ERP / MRP systems
• You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
