Job Title: Business Analyst – Banking & Financial Services

Job Summary

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst – Banking & Financial Services to support business transformation initiatives within the financial services sector. In this role, you will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Analyze banking and financial business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop process flows, business documentation, and reports.
• Collaborate with business, compliance, and technology teams.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
• Communicate project status and business recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Knowledge of banking operations and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and financial systems.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Any certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus.
