A day in the life.

As our Business Process Specialist, BI on the National AMS team, you’ll be a strong process design focused professional who knows how to balance efficiency, quality and consistency in systems. Working in conjunction with the Business Process Leader, you will focus on the activities within your line of business, participating in working groups, in collaboration with national and regional representatives, to create standardized workflows across MMA National that take full advantage of our technology toolkit. In tandem with workflow design, the National Business Process Specialist will support efforts to configure our AMS, document all processes and procedures, design reporting outputs, create client deliverables and lead training efforts.

Our future colleague.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • Understanding of the insurance brokerage business with 3+ years of experience in Business Insurance in a client facing or business process role
  • Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • A knack for process improvement, specifically refining the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of various workflows and procedures by deploying best practices
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple projects simultaneously, and demonstrated successful follow through on deliverables
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
  • Experience working with agency management systems such as Applied Epic

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Experience working with client relationship (CRM) system such as Salesforce
  • Experience creating and maintaining procedure documentation

Work Environment

  • Remote Work, but some travel will be required
  • Occasional weekend work surrounding scheduled migrations

The applicable base salary range for this role is $59,700 to $111,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
