Performs as a system analyst on supported Facilities systems. Conducts analysis of potential system improvements; understands functionality and works with peers supporting the development of test scripts, guiding user testing, documenting of system issues and troubleshooting. Provide leadership including evaluation of the current “As-is” functionality and guidance towards the future “To Be” processes of the software implementation. Manage on-going security structures for Facilities systems users.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems OR Five years’ experience working in facilities management/architectural planning software
- Experience with basic programming and Microsoft business tools. Knowledge of general facilities management and processes
- Experience providing set-up, configuration of security administration and assigning users to appropriate user roles
- FBI fingerprint background check
- Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization
LOCATION: Facilities - Broadway and Kino Parkway Area
Classification: Supervisory Professional
FTE: 1.0 - 8 hours per day
Work Calendar: 12 month
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
Salary will be prorated if the start date is after the first day of the work calendar for the position.
