About the Company

Regenesis Biomedical is a Scottsdale-based medical device company at the intersection of neuromodulation and digital health. Our Information Technology team is the backbone of enterprise operations, driving digital transformation across our commercial, clinical, and operational functions on a Microsoft-centric technology stack.

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the IT department and serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and our enterprise applications teams. Reporting directly to the Director of Enterprise Applications & Data, this role will support process analysis, system configuration, requirements gathering, and continuous improvement initiatives across platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Salesforce, and the Power Platform. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career technology professional who is eager to grow their expertise in enterprise systems and business process improvement within a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare technology company.

Responsibilities

Business Process & Requirements

  • Partner with business stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Quality to elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements.
  • Conduct current-state process analysis and develop future-state recommendations that align with enterprise technology capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and workflow documentation for technical implementation.
  • Support change management activities including user communications, training materials, and adoption tracking.

Enterprise Applications Support

  • Assist in the configuration, testing, and administration of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Salesforce, and related business applications.
  • Support data integrity initiatives by identifying, investigating, and helping resolve data quality issues across integrated systems.
  • Participate in system integrations and automation projects, collaborating with the Enterprise Applications team on MuleSoft, Power Automate, and Azure-based workflows.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect tracking for system updates and new deployments.

Project & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate and track project tasks, deliverables, and timelines, providing status updates to the Director of Enterprise Applications & Data.
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and meetings; document decisions, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain IT documentation including process maps, SOPs, system guides, and requirements libraries.
  • Support vendor and third-party partner coordination as directed.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards within enterprise platforms and reporting systems.
  • Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests from business stakeholders.
  • Support data governance efforts by ensuring documentation accuracy and report consistency.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related IT or operations role.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise application (ERP, CRM, or similar) — Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Visio (or equivalent process mapping tools).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Jira for task tracking, sprint management, and IT project coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with integration platforms or middleware concepts (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps).
  • Exposure to regulated industry environments — medical device, life sciences, or healthcare preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ETQ or similar QMS platforms).
