The Business Process Analyst (BPA) is a pivotal member of the Operations and Aftermarket support team. This role partners closely with Operations, Aftermarket, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure our business systems effectively support project execution, service, parts, and post-installation support. In this role, you will work across a variety of interconnected systems to translate business needs into scalable, practical solutions that enable efficiency and visibility in a highly custom automation environment.
The BPA plays a key role in supporting day-to-day system functionality while driving continuous improvement initiatives that help PAR Systems deliver exceptional products and customer satisfaction.

As the Business Systems Analyst, you will work with Operations, Aftermarket, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT teams to analyze workflows, document requirements, and optimize the systems that support our business.
Success in this role requires the ability to understand complex processes, follow and improve structured workflows, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, and manage multiple priorities. You will help ensure that our ERP, CRM, service management, and related systems work together to support accurate data, efficient processes, and informed decision-making. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting business systems in an operations, manufacturing, or industrial environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts between business teams and IT
- Experience working with ERP (Jobscope), CRM (Salesforce), service management, or related enterprise systems
- Experience working with data reporting and analytics systems (Incorta).
- Ability to document business requirements, workflows, and process improvements
- Proficiency with office computer software (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience working in a custom, engineer-to-order, or project-based manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience integrating AI driven processes and solutions into business process
