What You'll Be Doing

• Translate business initiatives into epics, features, and user stories
• Write detailed acceptance criteria and functional requirements
• Document business rules, risks, dependencies, and success metrics
• Map customer journeys and operational workflows
• Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders
• Support backlog prioritization by evaluating business value and impact
• Deliver complete, actionable requirements for development teams

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Experience supporting B2B or B2C eCommerce platforms
• Expertise creating epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Ability to map customer journeys and optimize operational workflows
• Experience supporting Agile backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and cross-functional communication
• Ability to evaluate business value, dependencies, and feature prioritization
