Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in stakeholder management, requirements documentation, Agile methodologies, and end-to-end project delivery.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, gap analysis, and process mapping.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, UAT, and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting end-to-end project delivery.
