Business Systems Analyst--2 positions

Summary:

We are seeking two experienced Business Systems Analysts to join our team remotely. Each role focuses on different aspects of online banking systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
• Document requirements, define scope, and objectives.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement solutions.
• Ensure systems are aligned with business goals and processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills:

• Role 1: Must have Online Banking Experience for Retail Experience.
• Role 2: Must have Business Online Banking Experience. Experience with the Q2 vendor is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in project management.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of financial services industry standards.
