Introduction: The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business systems, understanding user needs, and formulating solutions to parallel overall business strategies. They will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams
  • Analyze current legacy systems and identify inefficiencies
  • Translate business needs into actionable, technical solutions
  • Document requirements in Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
  • Create process maps to visualize current vs future state
  • Negotiate requirement trade-offs and manage project timelines and costs
  • Participate in testing phase by creating test cases and ensuring alignment with original requirements
  • Serve as the central point of contact between users, technical teams, and stakeholders
