- Develop and manage products and services, process mapping, system flows, and stakeholder communications
- Define metrics to measure success against programs, systems and other initiatives, and present data in a manner consumable by audiences of varying degree of technical acumen.
- Convey the requirements of the Enterprise Computing Group (ECG) in meetings and other working groups to ensure that the business interests are represented and that impact to the office’s business processes are communicated and documented
- Develop process improvements as related to fee-for-service offerings and both in business and financial data, not limited to Working Capital Fund entities
- Guide ECG through the programmatic and systems requirements associated with business and financial data, not limited to Working Capital Fund
- Develop performance metrics and measures
- Develop and implement standard group level program and project process maps
- Develop standardized process and management principles
- Utilize various data gathering techniques, to include stakeholder interviews, focus groups, artifacts and quantitative data to determine “as-is” process state in preparation to transform into an improved “future-state.”
- Work with the tool steam to ensure that migration and changes are reflected in the documentation of the office’s processes
