On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a range of finance and business systems projects within an international organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with finance teams and technology stakeholders to improve business processes, gather requirements, and deliver system enhancements. You'll be involved in projects focused on financial operations, process improvement, and ERP optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and define requirements.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the delivery of finance system enhancements and new functionality.
• Produce business and functional documentation.
• Assist with testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation activities.
• Act as the link between business users and technical teams.
• Help drive continuous improvement across finance-related processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
• Background working with finance systems or ERP solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
