Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our client's E-Banking team and help shape the next generation of digital customer experiences.
In this role, you’ll be directly involved in how new features are defined, built, and launched — always with a clear focus on customer value, usability, and impact. You’ll work at the heart of our digital transformation journey, turning ideas into real, working solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Create and review functional concepts for E-Banking features and related systems
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Collaborate closely with specialists, business stakeholders, and process owners
- Ensure high-quality requirements through validation and acceptance testing
- Support pilot phases and migration projects for new solutions
- Contribute to release communication, including newsletters, web content, and internal updates
- Help ensure smooth coordination between business, IT, and operations
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience working in projects and cross-functional teams
- Proactive, independent, and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and interest in collaborative environments
- Basic IT understanding and interest in digital products
- Fluent in German and English
- Knowledge of SQL (basic queries)
- Experience in project management
- Experience working with digital banking or customer portals
