Business Analyst (Insurance Systems)

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support insurance product enhancements, system implementations, and process improvements. If you have a strong background in the insurance industry and enjoy bridging business and technology, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements and user stories.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Support core insurance system implementation, configuration, and testing.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, QA, and vendors throughout project delivery.
• Assist with UAT, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Prepare project documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of policy administration, claims, billing, and underwriting processes.
• Experience with core insurance platforms such as Guidewire, LifeAsia, TCS BaNCS, Oracle Insurance, or similar.
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
