What You’ll Do
- Understand and obtain in-depth knowledge of Home Credit system and architecture landscape.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Elicits, formalizes, validates functional and non-functional requirements and document them as user stories or other relevant artifacts.
- Takes part in designing functionality together with the UX Designer and/or development team.
- Construct workflows, business models, and sequence diagrams.
- Collaborates with the development team on a regular basis and provide timely support and general guidance on requirements, roadmap, and stakeholder priorities.
- Identify and addressing operational, financial, and technological risks within the assigned business unit.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement (e.g., identifying areas of poor performance and making recommendations for improvement)
- Participate in process design and modification for business improvement and sustainability.
- Create communications, business process guides, and training materials.
- Develop new business strategies and business models, taking all aspects into consideration and providing insight into how these strategies will benefit the company.
- Provide assessment (impact and risk analysis, gap analysis) to initiatives on an enterprise level.
- Conduct research (e.g., current, and emerging trends, financial, product, market, operational) to support strategic and business planning.
- Mentor and train IT Junior, Mid-level, and Senior business analysts.
- Participate and provide valuable insight to company strategic planning and initiatives.
- Play a key role in improving IT processes such as the IT change management process, agile transformation.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports .
- Review a variety of areas including operations, purchasing, inventory, distribution and facilities .
- Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
- Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement .
- Conduct insightful, outside-the-box ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
- Participate in BA Hiring/Onboarding process and setting the standard process.
- Involvement and influence in setting standards for the Business Analysis process, planning, monitoring, KPIs, strategy analysis
- Review a variety of areas including operations, purchasing, inventory, distribution and facilities for benchmarking.
- Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.
- Prepares strategical roadmaps, architecture, and designs.
- Supports the Principal BA in the ideation, creation and implementation of standards and processes under the BA Guild
- Works closely and collaborates with other Enterprise BA from other IT Deliveries for cross-delivery and strategic projects that requires end-to-end or multiple system or business process impact analysis as well as delivering the high-level analysis for Stakeholders.
- Acts as an entry-point for IDEA tickets to the team and coordinates assignment of IDEA tickets for resource allocation with the Leads
- Collaborates with the Product Owners for defining the prioritization and product roadmap.
- Creates program initiatives and projects that shall support innovation and excellence for the BA community.
- Conducts audit on processes and standards in the design process not limited to the artefacts produced by all the Business Analysts such as diagrams and user stories
- 7 years minimum professional experience with IT implementation projects and business analysis
- Solid understanding of SDLC, UML (use case, BPMN, sequence model, data modelling)
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Undergraduate degree holder of any IT or Finance-related fields
- Familiarity with Software design patterns, SOA, SaaS
- Proficiency in analysis and modeling tools
- Experience working as a business analyst in an agile environment.
- Post graduate diploma in courses related to IT/ Business Analysis / Process Engineering
- CBAP/IIBA Certification
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
