Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in business analysis or a related field
• Proven experience with data analysis, business process modeling, and requirements gathering
• Strong proficiency in analytical tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, process maps, and requirement specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery of solutions
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the organization
• Other tasks that may be necessary in order to meet key performance indicators
