Position Summary


The Information Technology Business Analyst will support digital transformation initiatives by analyzing business requirements, improving supply chain and manufacturing processes, and supporting the implementation of IT solutions that enhance business operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
  • Support IT projects from planning through implementation.
  • Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Support system implementation, testing, and user acceptance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Learn and utilize AI-assisted development tools.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Supply Chain Planning experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Manufacturing process experience is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn AI-assisted development tools.


Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of ERP, MES, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Systems.
  • Understanding of business analysis and system implementation.
  • Familiarity with databases, APIs, or system integration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies.
